Chonta Canyon Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel around 7:30 a.m. once we get together with the group we will board our private transport and we will take the Cusco Limatambo route for 2 hours approximately, during this trip we will make stops in some archeological areas such as Killarumiyoc Y Tarawasi our guide will give us information about these archaeological remains that we are visiting after this we continue our trip to the huayronca bridge from where we will take a route to the community of Chonta, this place is at 3400 m.a.s.l.
In the course of our trip we will also pass by the snowy Salkantay we will make a stop to take some photos of the memory, we will arrive at the village of chonta around 12:00 pm where we will eat our lunch.
We will take a break and restart our trek with an approximate duration of 1 hour and a half by an extensive path head to the Canyon of Condor, from this point we have the opportunity to witness the impressive Andean condor in its natural habitat, We will locate on the lookout and wait for the condors to arrive after their daily activities, this wait will not be for long as the condors usually return in the afternoon around 3:00 pm to their nests, here you will have very good opportunity to see the Condore from very close and for an average of 2 hours to more flying in front of us and sometimes you can see them flying 20 meters from the viewpoint and will be more than astonished.
Later we will return walking to the village of Chonta and then take a car to the city of Cusco, the arrival time is approximately at 20:00 hours.
