Terms and conditions

All reservations must be made in advance. It is recommended to make your reservation 30 days before your arrival date (subject to availability according to the tour to be taken and the season in which you make the trip). We only accept reservations made through our website or verified travel channels which will provide you with a reservation code.

To make a reservation with Inca Machu Picchu Tours it is required to make a Prepayment of the total cost of the tour to hire, using the authorized payment methods of our payment platform, the rest of the payment will be made upon arrival in the city of Cusco at your hotel.

Once the prepayment is confirmed, the reservations department will send you an email with the confirmation, this email is a document that guarantees your reservation, in the same way you will be asked to send a copy/photo of your passport to be able to print your tickets to Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman, Sacred Valley, etc.

If your reservation includes nights of accommodation, the confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, if there is no space in the hotel specified in the email, the client will receive another one of a similar category and price.

Last Minute Reservations:

The company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (48 hours before the client’s arrival at the destination), in this situation, the company will expressly indicate the special conditions of said reservation, which will include, if applicable, special hours.

The conditions will be mutually agreed with the client and will be evidenced by email.

Cancellation Policies:

If the trip is canceled at the request of the passenger, the time in advance with which the cancellation is requested will be taken into account; INCA MACHUPICCHU TOURS will try to offer the passenger other solution alternatives, if it is not accepted by the passenger, the amount will be refunded according to the following:

FOR TOUR PACKAGES:

• Up to 90 days before the travel date: refund of 100% of the amount paid, assuming money transfer expenses or other taxes.
• Up to 60 days before the travel date: refund of 70% of the amount paid, assuming money transfer expenses or other taxes.
• Up to 30 days before the travel date: refund of 50% of the amount paid, assuming the costs of money transfer or other taxes.
• After 20 days before the travel date: the program is non-REFUNDABLE.

FOR MACHU PICCHU:

• Up to 90 days before the travel date: refund of 100% of the amount paid, assuming money transfer expenses or other taxes.
• Up to 60 days before the travel date: refund of 60% of the amount paid, assuming money transfer expenses or other taxes.
• Up to 30 days before the travel date: refund of 40% of the amount paid, assuming the costs of money transfer or other taxes.
• After 15 days before the travel date: the program is non-REFUNDABLE.

FOR DAY TOURS (EXCEPT MACHU PICCHU)

• Up to 7 days before the travel date: reimbursement of 80% of the amount paid, assuming the costs of money transfer or other taxes.
• After 7 days before the travel date: the program is non-REFUNDABLE.

Note: Refunds are made through paypal or our payment platform, NO DEPOSITS OR TRANSFERS ARE MADE.

RESCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICIES:

For all reprogramming, by the client; remaining 30 days before the start date of the contracted service, the following must be taken into account: THE ENTRANCE TICKETS TO MACHUPICCHU are subject to availability and are completely non-refundable (Then you will have to pay for the new tickets). If the third-party provider involved (Hotels, Train Company) allows it, and there is no fare difference, the rescheduling will proceed without penalty for the date change. In case the third party provider does not allow it, we will have to be subject to their policies and fees.

Refunds

No refund will be made. If the passenger does not show up on the day and at the time indicated for the provision of the contracted service, it will be considered a NO SHOW.

When booking with INCA MACHU PICCHU TOURS, Tour Packages, on the Machupicchu tour, and other trucks are not refundable any of the services not used by the passenger such as: TRAIN TICKETS, ENTRANCE TICKETS TO MACHUPICCHU, MACHUPICCHU MOUNTAIN AND WAYNAPICCHU MOUNTAIN.

In the case of third-party providers, Hotels, they have their own rescheduling and cancellation policies and we abide by it.

Rates

All rates are quoted in United States dollars ($US) and are subject to necessary adjustment without notice. Rates are final and per person.
